Changing to winter tires
 
Hello,

First time having a car with TPSM in my BRZ.
Looking to switch to generic winter tires with steelies.
Is it just a simple switch or do you have to do some pampering with the TPSM?

You can just switch. You'll get the TPMS light on after about 20 miles of driving. If you park near your stock tires, the light will probably go off and then come on again the next time you do 20 miles. Nothing is disabled when the light comes on. . just ignore it.

Canadian BRZ's don't come with TPMS (thankfully). You have nothing to worry about, just switch tires and you're good to go.
