Anybody good with Court/Legal advice?
I have a upcoming court date on November 5th, and the court just recenlty called me asking to reschedule my court date because the officer that issued me the citation (Failure to move left/right with safety; officer was not present or to witness my accident) will be out of town. Next available court date will be in January. Is there anything I can do to dismiss the ticket?
I'm seeing what other options I have before I confirm to reschedule; which I do not want to do. Also, I got the ticket about 5 months ago with my old car. It was a single car accident. It was about 0500 in the morning and I saw a dog, I swerved left to avoid hitting the dog, but the road was also curving to the right; so I corrected and went right, over corrected and started spinning and lost control. I ended up hitting the guard rail and totaling my car. Thanks in advance. :thanks: |
