Can you at least share some data-logs? I am most interested in knock that plagues the OEM tune (tip in knock, 3k-3.2k knock) stock vs v1.31 ? Correct me if I am wrong but your philosophy has been fix the emission hand-caps and oversights from the OEM tune. Make it a reliable better running engine first and foremost over pushing the limit for hp. It reminds me of race teams who develop their own track tunes that don't really add a ton of power but they make the engine hold up long term ? Also curious if your tunes help with the oiltemps, I remember when the Mustang guys found a tune that reduced oil temps and it was a breakthrough for them. |
@shiv@vishnu My cousin who got the tablet from you @ the NorCal meet is getting the CEL P0700 after installing catless headers and flashing 1.3. Any ideas? It's an AT FRS.

(DTC) CODE # P0700....Transmission Control System (MIL Request) Translation: Transmission Control Module (TCM) Malfunction or Failure. P0700 Information Code The Transaxle Control Module (TCM) monitors the malfunction of sensors and actuators relating to transaxle control. If any malfunction is detected, the TCM informs the PCM by sending a signal (P0700 code). P0700 means that a code has been set in the TCM. This code is for information ONLY. If this code is present, check for transaxle codes. So basically, the P0700 code is telling you to check the TCM for a transaxle DTC. The TCM can not turn on the check engine light so it has the PCM do it. |

Have you tried reflashing back to stock, then the tune again ?
|
Sounds like a connector on the transmission was unplugged when the header was installed.

Picking up BRZ tomorrow. OFT in hand. Catless EL header ordered, no ETA.
Upon install of the latter my question is whether an O2 spacer is necessary with this tune to avoid the CEL or whether it must/can be turned off safely with Tuner Pro? |

Does that mean that this build has already turned off the 2nd sensor? |
