Any plans on making a stg 2 for catted aftermarket headers?

Question: how do I activate launch control?

It is active be default. It is just set to rev limit (7600) minus 2500, or 5100rpm. So if you rev it with the clutch down and with the car stationary, the revs will hold there. You can change the value from the current default of 2500 to whatever works best for you. But IMHO, launch control is somewhat of a gimmick in a car that makes less than 175lbft ;)

The Stage 1 maps will be fine for such a setup.

Does Open Flash support any other features like RaceRom and if so how do I activate them. Also you did not reply to my previous post. Oh, and I like the stage 2 flash a lot but the dip is still their from my experience.

The only other feature the OFT supports is flat foot shift. You can activate it by replacing the default value of 0 (in Flat Foot Shift parameter) with a larger value like 2500rpm. This value dictates how much revs are allowed to drop when the clutch goes in while the throttle is wide open.

As for your previous post, I made no mention of a Stage 3 map. Not to say that it won't come but it's not under development at this time. E85 map will come next.

As for the dip, no amount of tuning will get rid of it completely. Certain headers may help move it around a bit but it will always be there to some degree. The only thing that will eliminate it completely is boost (turbo/sc).

Hey Shiv, is there any difference in fuel trims between the stock map and the stage 1 map?

Hard to say, I didn't test the stock map for very long :)

Only reason I ask is the Electric Super Charger is safe to run on the stock map, because it will run rich at high rpms. I'm not sure if it would be safe to run your map with it.

Oh well. Thanks for the quick response!

Thanks for showing the dynos down to 2000 rpm.

If I'm reading this right - the difference between the Stage 1 (completely stock hardware) and Stage 2 tune (catless header only) is about 3-4 ft-lbs from 4500 and up?

Idk if the butt dyno is off, but I defiantly felt a difference. It usually takes me 2-3 start/drive cycles to get the full potential of the tune. I am defiantly enjoying this update version.👍

Do you have aftermarket headers Ed? Or are you talking about Stage 1?

I'm stock besides a cat back that was on the car when I bought it. Stock air filter also.
