BRZ front bumper fitment issue
 

I have seen alot fo threads about how to fix it with different clips, and methods of installing it etc.. Well, my drivers side bumper is not flush right by the headlight BUT when I remove the side marker and take out the upper bolt I can get it to align. But when I put the bolt in it shifts back out of whack. Has anyone else experienced this?
