they'll need a few million dollars at the very least.

Ron Fellows has recently partnered up with Canadian Tire here in Canada to revitalize the Mosprot International Raceway (now known i beleive as the Canadian Tire Motorsport Park)

they are pouring in a lot of money into this.

the article mentions a $5000 consulting fee? Honestly that seems awfully low. I say to do it right they'd need to spend 30-40k and end up hiring a team.

also paving/asphalt work ain't cheap no matter how you swing it. Track insurance, rental fees..


4-6 million, i'd say, to properly do everythign from start to finish.
