Massdrop's recent order for STi Side skirts
 

This is for those who ordered the STi sides from Massdrop. I am currently in contact with them right now but need to know if anyone else just got a second set of rear spats instead of the side skirts? I was excited this morning to see how fast these shipped come to find out from USPS handing me a box, it was a tad bit small.

Anyone see something wrong here?

The left box is from 5 mins ago. The right is from 2-3 weeks ago. I am not bashing the company. They are bringing some good deals to the table, just need a topic for people to discuss this slight mistake since I think they reached their post limit or something for the month. All of their threads are non active currently.

I hope so. Just wondering if anyone on here is in the same situation. The ship date on Massdrop says December 31st, 1969 lol...but I have contacted them via email. Hopefully something can get worked out within the week.

did you get someone on the phone? Figured the weekend they would be closed, but I may give them a call also if you were able to reach them or if they know about the problem.

I was the first he heard about the problem. He asked that I send pictures of the item I received. On one of the packing slips should be his contact info and what looks like a cell number which I called. Said he would look into it and try and resolve it...... From the looks of it if I had to guess. All 11 people in the drop got sent rears.....

Nooooo. I was looking forward to the sides, I was surprised to see how fast these shipped.

Yeah I sent an email stating the problem with both sets of rear spats to show they were two different shipments with 2 different dates of order. Cool looks like I sent all of the information needed. I will call tomorrow to make sure they received the said pictures and touch base on a possible solution.

Update from Massdrop. They got the problem worked out, they are doing what they can. I am liking Massdrop more and more as the weeks go by! Great customer support.

i only ordered the side skirts from them... I hope I get both side and rear:thumbsup: even though I already own the rear

Yeah great response from them, I will continue to shop with them.

I will be picking mine up from the post office tomorrow. Im gonna pretty pissed off and bummed if they are the rear spats. Regardless of the service, I don't want to wait more time for their mistake

Got an email today about what happened. Massdrop placed the right order, Japanparts messed up. It was not their fault, they are getting the side skirts out this week. Looks like everyones order was the rear spats. I say just stick it out for another week and you will be happy you did.

I haven't used massdrop yet, but it seems like they are handling the problem/issue pretty well.
