header is catless. stock every thing else. except the berk delete. I have both a single exit and a dual exit muffler delete. I have the single exit on in that video because drone from the dual exit is ridiculous. trying to find a solution to cut drone. I ordered some inserts you can put in the exhaust tubing or right in the tail pipe. supposed to cut drone significantly should have that by Monday.

WhiteFR-S 10-12-2013 06:36 PM

i'm not even sure what rasp is....I know what drone is though

Yeah im getting horrible rasp with the dual muffler delete with uel headers and catless fp and overpipe. Do you think these inserts will help with my situation with the raspyness? Where did you get these?

Rasp is that fart cannon type noise not a nice deep tone but broken up ricey sounding.

White64Goat 10-12-2013 06:56 PM

Rasp is that brapppp sound when you hit a certain RPM and sounds like shit when you're standing outside the car.

WhiteFR-S 10-12-2013 08:00 PM

Ahh the brappp. yes I do hear that but its pretty rare....I ordered the inserts at carchemistry.com. i'll let you know how it works. I just put the single exit delete back on today and I really like that sound but don't like the look.

Which of the inserts did you get?

WhiteFR-S 10-12-2013 08:42 PM

just one of the 2.5 inch 2 disc inserts. I googled drone or something and found a post on an audi website where a guy put a disc in his exhaust tubing and he said it eliminated 90% of the drone

Sounds awesome... I plan on doing the same as I have berk single currently.

I've been doing a lot of research lately on how to tone down my exhaust and have come across a ton of other car forums where people swear by the Vibrant Ultra Quiet resonator. Google it. Guys on the Nissan Titan forum seem to rave about cutting drone and rasp.

Hope this helps.

SliverBrz 10-17-2013 02:45 AM

That sounds good. You don't need to do anything.

SliverBrz 10-17-2013 02:47 AM

I have the borla uel, catless front pipe, and sp elite, on cold starts that shit is loud.

It sounds like the world is going to end.

I need to change my front pipe to resonated
