I was asleep in my mom's house. My mom heard the crash and woke up. she woke me up just before the police arrived. This sucks.

Ouch. Sorry to see that. Some days you just can't win.

ap5512 10-11-2013 09:20 AM

Holy crap dude...this is a horrible sight. What the heck happened?

SpectreRT 10-11-2013 09:23 AM

Geeze... sorry man. Hopefully your insurance takes care you properly.

Did the other driver lose control, or just a typical moron who hits parked cars?

thejevans 10-11-2013 09:24 AM

Apparently the guy was trying to pick something up in his car and didn't notice my car on the side of the road. He hit it in the passenger rear quarter, then the car took out my mom's mailbox, spun, and ended up where it was in these pictures.

That's why you don't get red, never know when there's gunna be a bull driving down the road...

frslee 10-11-2013 09:28 AM

Damn, how fast was the other driver going?

Driver these days.... tsk tsk

kanundrum 10-11-2013 09:29 AM

Jesus Christ man lol. That is fuking insane. I am glad you were not in the car, its a car in the end. There are a lot of insurance procedures you need to follow especially for aftermarket equipment so let me know if you need any help.

FYI Before you get it towed just take all your stuff out (mods including) it will make life a lot easier

Had to get it towed pretty much immediately. I had nowhere to put it and I had an emergency at work. If you have any other advice though, I would love to hear it.

A minivan not paying attention while going down the road??? NO WAY!

Seriously though, sorry this happened bro... Hope that everything works out in your favor in the end.

Receipts,Receipts,Receipts! Who is your insurance and who is theirs? The caris totaled so go to the tow yard where your car is and remove everything you want to remove right now or as soon as possible.

After that it will belong to insurance. Doesn't matter what it is as long as the original part is put back on. You can remove silly things as well and they won't care (Floor mats, unoticeable interior trim pieces).

I'm no expert

But I don't think that will buff right out. :iono: Sorry to see this, on a brighter note you're not at fault.
