New Zealand 86 Gathering - 27th October
 

The New Zealand 86/BRZ club is organising another national get together.

Manfeild, Sunday 27th October from 9am.

We’ve decided to see how big we can make it my making it a Toyota festival rather than just an 86 club thing. We have specifically invited the Altezza and MR2 clubs and Toyspeed members as well.

We’ve made it the Sunday of Labour Weekend, 27th October 2013 so people can travel on the Saturday and Monday and not have to take time off. There's likely to be convoys departing Wellington and Auckland.

This is a follow-up to the Festival of Fun last year and also the Taupo day on Queens Birthday.

Free to attend, $20 for lunch, $150 if you want to go on track (includes lunch). We have great prizes from Toyota NZ and others for best presented cars etc.

The more the merrier, although book and pay to ensure you get a place on track as track spots will be limited for safety.

This is a fantastic day if you've never been on track before as you will be taken out and shown the track, then be able to go out with an instructor in a special "novice only" session.

Saturday 26th October - the evening before the get together.

Plan is to meet at the Travelodge, 175 Cuba St Palmerston North, at 6pm for a drink there. Then, we'll go out to dinner from there. Non 86/BRZ club members welcome too if you've invited friends along. We won't leave the Travelodge until at least 7pm to give everyone time to arrive.

I am glad you Kiwis have not been lumped in with the Aussies!
