Sorry guys, this has happened more than a few times with various vendors. I believe the auto-renewal process for Vendors takes some time with VBulletin. It could take anywhere from minutes to perhaps a day.

If for some reason it is taking an unusually long time, message either Hachiroku or any of us moderators, or use the "Contact Us" link at the bottom of the page to email Hachi directly, and we will try our best to sort it out!

Correction.

Contact only Admin. Mods can't do anything about that other than contact Admin, so it's better to just contact him directly

Kind of mad, ours said it was ending TOMORROW 10/12/13 and it just ended right now... now we have to wait and be inactive until the system processes ours, which has always taken about 24 hours...meh.
