so for the basic foglight kit. does it have everything i need to get them running? or will i need additional hardware?

Looks like it has the foglight toggle button but not the replacement dash bezel (for the display brightness/trunk release/foglight toggle)?

Can we get the basic and just add the stalk instead of using the toggle switch?

No, it doesn't come with the dash bezel.

You can add $85 for the steering wheel stalk.

It is still cheaper than the scion frs fog light package with dash bezel.
