Seriously though (2014 Frs related)
 

Will ALL dealerships hurry up and get these cars in?! I'm dying to buy this car but no dealership in Virginia has them yet! I even built it on their website and they contacted me. They still have no idea when they'll be getting the 2014s in. How are some of you guys finding these cars?!

i ordered one on September 5th at the dealership and i got a call today saying it was just built and should be at the dealership by the last week of October. they told me day 1 when i went to the dealership to order it, that it takes 4-6 weeks to get them once ordered, im guessing if you want the dealers to just have them in stock your looking at mid November to December. Here on the east coast [at least in NY] i know they still had some 2013 on the lot [when i went to order mine they had 3 2013's] so they weren't getting a 2014 in unless someone specifically ordered one or sold all the ones they had.

My dealer said it'll be here by end of December

A 14 came in two weeks ago in Houston, I ended up getting a 2013 because they gave me 2700 dollars off MSRP.

That might be a better plan .... :)

For about $1,100. you can get a aftermarket, upscale head unit w/GPS installed in a 2013 ...... then you would almost have a 2014 .... :thumbsup:

Just get a MY 13. Better prices and nothing different but a headunit and knee pads.

Got mine 2 weeks ago. No problems getting them in the Bay.

They probably still need to move old inventory first... like the 2013's, which are better anyways :D

I agree look for a deal on a 13.

Heck I still got the 6.1 inch touchscreen head unit. I love it. I have a 500 dollar 7" pioneer I took out of my last car sitting in my bedroom I'm not going to install just because the stock one is so nice.

I don't think there are knee pads. Atleast that's what I read on a dealer that just got the new 2014's

That's the BRZ. The FR-S, I believe, is getting the knee pads.
