Overhead Console?
 

For all the compartment space, rather the lack of, has anyone else felt we could use an overhead console for extra storage? It can run half-way down the room starting at the map lights-backward.

Doesn't look like there will be any plans for a sunroof anytime soon, so why not use some of the roof for other purposes. With my former FJ Cruiser, ARB made a subtle overhead console to house a CB radio, folding door for stuff, and added some map lights.

Don't rub me off the wrong way, I'm not asking for something that will hinder view, something low-profile to stash junk. Some cars for example, have a compartment for sunglasses/built-in garage transmitter, pockets, etc. etc.

Thoughts?

i'm always up for more storage, but it helps if i get the car first to see how it could be done... lol
