Live in Cali? DMV to make vintage license plates upon 7500 pre-orders.
 

Do you want one of those classic Yellow on Black, Black on Yellow or Yellow on Blue license plates?

Well, I am not sure if you are aware but DMV wants 7500 pre-orders ($50) by Jan 2015 and they will make them. There is a separate count of each kind and they need 7500 pre-orders each for them to produce it (Otherwise your money gets re-funded).
