very nice....if you plan on using e85 regularly you should get the high boost pulley upgrade....you'll be blown away by the results

Good to know, but for now I'll be playing it safe for now. With the high boost pulley will @KraftWerks still honor the 2 year warranty on the Rotrex blower.

The power is nice, and I know it is a first E-tune version but the fueling seems a little all over the place or maybe it is just how your software logs? Just use to seeing more stable Air Fuel Ratios under boost.

the 2year warranty won't be affected...the standard pulley under spins the rotrex because we didn't want to make too much boost especially for those enthusiasts that can only get crappy 91 gas ...the high boost pulley actually utilizes the full capacity of the rotrex and is a great option for those who have easy access to higher octane fuels

As for 'safe' ...it's all about the tuning...we have 'safely' run c38 blowers on 91 octane...with 91 we couldn't run much timing so power output was limited ...but on 95 or e85 the 38 is an absolute beast

You should consider trying a KW e85 tune....it is already scaled to run perfectly with the std setup or the highboost setup...you won't need to retune when u upgrade to the highboost pulley

Honestly, it's not as bad down here as you may think.
And one of the track days would totally be worth the drive.
You can make it down here in like 2 hours and a track day is ALL day...
The amount of seat time you get for the money is ridiculous.

And turnout is low, not like in the states where you have to wait for hours to drive 5 minutes.

As you know that depends on how the sensor is calibrated. Anything below 12.5 is not worth much with the OEM sensor. There's also some advantages to optimizing the VVT for overlap which will show leaner as well.

Great point to bring up on the front wideband O2 sensor. You are correct it does not read below 12.5 on the stock calibration, so this was the reason why we have spent some time re-calibrating all our tunes to read the OEM front wideband down to about 11.2 (based on a Motec PLM sensor). This gives us more room to custom tune vehicles remotely while keeping the costs down for the end customers. Of course if customer want to, they are more than welcome to add them into our tunes as an additional source for A/F readings.

Tried the delicious tuning tune yesterday on 91 and wow, very smooth I'm near empty tank so I'll be trying e 50 transition map and the e85 map later this week along with some dyno charts. Overall the tune seems very well designed very linear power and good top end. Great customer service as well by @DeliciousTuning.

Can they tune my car past what the KW map can do even if I don't have access to a dyno?

Yes, go to their website and select the map you want and all the features you want like launch control, flat foot shifting, auto blip, traction control, select the type of gas and you can ad e85 for a little $$ if you have the tune from kw you don't need the cable or license. Just the tune. They are off the shelf maps but you get one free revision and they would fix or improve anything they can after you send the logs.
