Mine was brand new. On the first start up it was leaking. Oil level was correct.

Sorry for the confusion, I meant the say the oil canister level compared to supercharger.. it should sit level or below the supercharger level to prevent leaks according to the Rotrex Technical handbook..

I believe @digital_assassin also mentioned this one of his earlier posts

Both KW and JR says having the reservoir higher than the blower is a non-issue with the C30-94. It is an issue for the C8 and C15, but Rotrex just had it in the instructions as an added precaution.

Question on catch cans, which is more useful/likely to catch oil: 1) PCV or 2) Crankcase? Are they equally as likely to catch oil?

Not sure what you mean. PCV stands for positive crankcase ventilation so the hose off the back/passenger side of the motor is the PCV and the crankcase. If you only put a catch can on one of them, then make sure it is the PCV hose. If you don't run a vented can, then make sure you have a check valve in the line so that your can and crankcase don't get pressurized with the boost.

I just install the new rotrex, primed the system and started the car. Everything wnet fine and was running great!!!

Looking at this bolt I shouldn't have an issue with the oil cooler. Then again I hope it doesn't fall off heh. Getting really excited to install this.

That bolt is short, i wouldnt run with it personally. Id call kraftwerks if it was me. Mine was to long so i cut it in the chop saw.
