BRZ tune at EFI logics

took a trip to EFI logics today. since the nameless header isn't coming out any time soon i decided to get tuned and enjoy this before the winter a bit and then stockpile go fast mods over winter to get retuned in spring/summer with the parts i actually want.

first off, i can't believe the difference it made with JUST a tune. yeah i have a catback and an intake, but those aren't big mods. so for me to pick up 21 WHP from just a tune on an NA car is amazing. The tq dip feels a bitt better, while its still there, the car now actually pulls through it. Mikey at EFI logics is a wizard, i recommend him to ANYONE. The car feels very peppy now, how it should have from the beginning.

little video i threw together.

Dyno Chart 176/150. this was a mustang dyno. baseline pull before we got to tuning was 155/133.

nice...did they use ecutek or something else to tune. I like how their tune holds power past 7000rpm it seems like it doesnt fall off at the end

Nice, I'm going there this Thursday for my GBS BRZ. Just had my Perrin headerback installed yesterday and will have an intake and ECUTek tune done by EFI. Also they are going to do an alignment since I threw on racecomp yellow springs.

Good stuff, Jive. Thanks for sharing. BTW did they have the ECUTek access port things (not sure what they are called) for sale?

if you call and speak to pete, i'm sure he can get you the ECUtek cable and etc. but unless you're gonna reflash yourself and log you dont really need it...

Based on the recommendations from the most prominent tuners on the forum, you might want a cable for datalogging and tune updates, otherwise the ECU could learn around the tune...
