I don't know who this chick is, but based on her talking about rally driving and having a co-driver, and the fact that Subaru invited her to a driving session, I'm going to guess she's probably a pretty decent driver with more performance driving experience than most of us here.

Barely looked like she was paying attention while driving, yapping away, ran a stop sign. "Ooops that was a stop sign! Oh well."
