Great Experience with Rallysportdirect.com
 

Just wanted to give another big thumbs up to Rallysportdirect.com.

My BRZ is my first large attempt at car modifications. When I asked a trusted friend, he only mentioned rallysportdirect and he walked me through on what parts to purchase.

My first shipment was fast, but the DBA rear brake rotors that I wanted were out of stock and they gave me an ETA for that of 3 weeks. Emailed them the beginning of the third week wondering what was up and since the DBAs come from Australia, the rotors were delayed by DBA for another few weeks. Perfectly understandable to me, so I had the DBA rears cancelled and got an RMA for the DBA fronts and replaced both of them with Powerslots.

Long story short, Rallysportdirect was always quick to answer my emails and very thorough. They updated me when they said they would and their warehouse is LIGHTNING fast. I placed an order for the (replacement) Powerslot brake rotors at 7:30PM ET and they had it shipped the same night! :party0030: They have themselves a repeat customer!

Just want to give a shout out to Tanner who was the main person to help me out, via phone and email. Thanks, dude!

Also wanted to add great feedback on experience with RallySportDirect getting a custom replacement tool for my Eibach Multipro R2 suspension.

Damn adjustment tool was so difficult to get the correct part number I had to use a picture off the web to confirm the part I needed replaced.

Zach kept up with Eibach to get me the info and order me what essentially was a $1 dollar tool but took longer to get an answer from Eibach what I needed than anything.

Despite the cost of the item to be special ordered, they maintained great customer service and will be getting my replacement tools (ordered 4 so if I inevitably lose the damn tool again while at a track day I have spares).

Definitely impressed me as a future customer with service experience.
