Brake fluid review opportunity

Do you drive hard? Has your brake pedal ever gotten softer or mushy? Do you want to try a top shelf brake fluid at a sponsored price? We're looking for some folks to independently review Torque RT700.

I've had an excellent experience with it in the CSG BRZ, as well as both the time attack S2k, and the street concept S2k, and I'm confident that anyone who tries it will be satisfied with the performance. My next brake flush for my on S2k will be with RT700.

If you're interested in reviewing, please post on this thread or PM me (@CSG Mike) directly with the following information. We're looking for cars ranging anywhere between completely stock all the way to dedicated race cars.

- Mods on the car
-- Current brake mods on the car (pads/lines/rotors/bbk?)
-- Suspension (coilovers? springs?)
-- Power adders (bolt-ons? Turbo? Supercharger?)
- Driving habits

Please be prepared to post a review of your experience with the fluid, both good and bad! We are looking for honest impressions of the product.

I'm willing to give it a try. I'll be doing 8 sessions worth of HPDE at Heartland Park in Topeka, KS in the season ending NASA event October 11-13.

After a few sessions at Mid America Motorplex last weekend at a NASA HPDE event I had some definite pedal softness and braking degradation. Heartland Park is a much more demanding track brake wise ... will definitely need to address the issue prior to the Heartland event.

Passed the link along to a friend, not sure if he has any more races this year or not though. He runs an ITR with a supercharged K20 and isn't really friendly to brakes :D

So.... a bolt on kit & tune is considered "built"? I have more fuel upgrades than yours i must be "hella built".

448hpsti 09-30-2013 12:18 PM

Yes

You're hella built

7thgear 09-30-2013 02:05 PM

interested..

-- Mods on the car
currently none

-- Current brake mods on the car (pads/lines/rotors/bbk?)
currently none, may upgrade pads in the spring and add a brake cylinder brace

- Driving habits

on the street or on the track i like to be very minimal with my brakes. If i brake, i want to brake once and not let go until i can get back on the gas or come to a complete stop. So i brake deep and hard, releasing pressure as i get to the apex or complete stop.

CSG Mike 09-30-2013 03:08 PM

I will get back to everyone after I get off of work (my day job). Sorry for the delays! I was at CVR all day Saturday setting up and testing a few cars, and moving Sunday.
