Album Art using an iPod not working
So I have not had this issue with any of my other decks but for some reason the deck in my new FR-S will not show Album Artwork.
I have the new Pioneer Base Deck they are selling and everyone is upgrading to. GPS was something I am interested in but I would really like to get this small issue handled first. I thought it was my iPod at first so I switched it with the one in my Corvette that I know the album artwork shows in. Still nothing, however in the Vette they both show album artwork on my other Pioneer Deck. I am not quite sure what the issue is but I am sure someone here must have run into this before. I have a 6th Gen iPod the small touch screen one thats basically around the size of half a business card. The other is a newer iPod Nano with the wider screen display. Is there some feature I need to enable to get album artwork to show up or? |
Anyone?

Anyone had any luck with this? Streaming through Bluetooth on my iPhone4s with ios7 shows nothing.

I just bought the EnTune Navi system from Toyota from a member here. Hopefully that fixes it I read it might according to reviews.

Album art never shows via bluetooth only if you are using the USB connection

Did getting the navigation solve this?

My premium audio unit has an option in the General Settings to turn on album art ON or OFF...

Ok I do have the EnTune setup now and it did help with Album Art I can now see it with the iPod connected via USB.
However as far as Blutooth thats a little more interesting. I can see some Album Art, so it guesses a generic and some it just doesn't show. Keep in mind that with the USB Cable all album art shows up so I am not sure what is causing this but there seems to be a hang when using Blutooth and getting album art over. I thought it was the Genre but then I noticed some of the songs it would produce a generic for in the same Genre... (but only some) So at this time I need to figure out what causes the album art hang up via Blutooth and not USB. It might be linked to the artist... |

so you have to buy navi to make the album artwork display?

I have a 2nd gen iPod touch that I use just for my car. I have the stock 2014 head unit and it seems random whether or not it displays album art. I recently re-synced my iPod and every album has artwork associated with it but now the unit doesn't display any album art at all. I have been trying to figure it out but I have no clue.
