NTX Monthly Thursday Meet, October 3rd!
 

October is right around the corner yall. So here is your reminder. Or if your new here is the news. Monthly meet held every first thursday of the month.

On to other news some members are interested in doing a weekly meet. Mention if you would be in for this or not. We might even start this next month if there is enough interest.

What do you guys think about doing it at gas monkey bar and grill?
Just a thought.

Do you know how busy that place gets on a thursday night? It looks like decent sized parking lot. But that would depend on how busy it is on a thursday night. It would be nice to have all the cars park together as we currently do. I have not problem with moving it, we just have to find another good location.

I'm not sure. It openned not too long ago. I was really just looking for an excuse to go there. Lol. I'll ask on the DFW 86 facebook page too.

Gas Monkey and Cowboys (they both kinda share cowboys parking lot) both get VERY packed in Thursdays (Ladies night and concerts at Gas Monkey), we could probably do a Saturday or Sunday Afternoon thing there (due to us being able to use Cowboys parking lot), but Thursdays are definitely packed like crazy

Plus that Thursday, Hank III is doing a concert at Gas Monkey and Richard said they will probably have upwards of 400 + people there starting between 6 and 7

Ok. Chipotle it is. Definitely something for the weekend though.

Yeah weekend afternoon/evening cowboys isn't open and a huge lot to park in, plus their lunch is decently busy but not stupid.. prices are HIGH though, 12-15 for a burger, 7 for a 22oz Draft Shiner.


My friend is a manager there and I know some people there, I'll check on a Saturday or Sunday Afternoon meet possibility there, and if we can swing a deal and some parking, maybe...

Hell yeah man let us know about that we need to get a spot set for a weekend meet so why not plan one there to check it out.
