Can you take a closer shot of the texture? Just wondering if it's smoother now or still has the texture and matte colour.

Does this stiffen the ride a lot?

What it does is make the turn in better and reduces some slop in the steering. I live in a city with lousy roads and it didn't make the ride any harsher than stock. It reduced a lot of the flex when entering corners.
