Title says it all. I want to see what kind of ideas users can come up with. Ive excluded E85 because its easy to achieve w/ it and I do not have access to E85. Also lets eliminate race fuels.

READY. SET. GO.

Probably that electric supercharger people are testing in the FI forum.

Cheap. Fast. Realiable.

You only get to pick two.

I have to agree that the electric supercharger is probably the cheapest way. At least you could hit 200WHP in short burst.

If you want to stay NA then take a look at wrxgoose's thread of what he had done before he threw it all away and went FI. He was one of the few to achieve 200WHP on pump gas. I would not say his path to that number was cheap.

Injen intake
Borla Header
3" Perrin header back exhaust
Visconti tuned on site in Ct.

I am guessing that is well over $3.5K plus there are not cats so if you live in an emission check area you would not be able to pass the test.

Get a WRX.

muffinz 09-16-2013 12:48 PM

Super short rear end.

Smaller diameter tires.

Won't make 200whp but it'll accelerate like it has 200whp haha

+ enjoy being in gear for approximately 5 milliseconds before u need to shift again

A NOS kit, installation and a proper tune for it will be way cheaper than $3500 + install for the Innovate SC.

Now I have no idea how much the electrical SC is, so that might trump the NOS kit.
