Mississippi Meetup
 

It's getting a bit lonely in my town, and I'd like to see if there's any interest here regarding a meetup in MS.

So, which date seems plausible for you guys? 19 October or 26 October?

Venue/Town? Tupelo? Jackson? Other?

I might would be willing to go as far north as Hattiesburg. I'll be trying to keep miles off of it.

We're going to do one down south in December too. You probably caught that from the other thread, but just throwing it out there. Don't know if you'd be willing to drive that far though...

Considering my parents live on the coast, I'd totally be willing to drive. I put high miles on nearly every car I drive, so it's not a biggie.

When/where was the one in December? I didn't quite catch that.

You guys should ride out to belle rose, la for import wars on October 12. Drifting, drags, and car show. Think of it as a mini import face off.

We haven't gotten that far yet. Probably on the beach in Biloxi, since everyone knows where that is. There are also some people that work at Keesler in Biloxi that aren't on the forum, so maybe we can somehow get them to show up too.

I won't be home until late November.

Unfortunately, during the week is no good for me. Gotta be some weekend.

Sounds about right. Will keep an eye out regarding this. Still, would like to see about getting some north MS folks in on this, but I don't know if any actually participate.

It's amazing how many people have these cars but aren't active members on the forums. Once I get back into the country, I'm going to be spamming the hell out of parked 86's I see locally. The ol' note under the wipers trick...

It seems like there should be a decent amount of them in Starkville, being a college town and all that. I know most students are broke, but there's also thousands of them.

just realized i have to shoot a wedding that day anyways, so i will be missing out on that event.

Guh... weddings. I've done two weddings. Did not like.
