Spacers for BBK

I'm getting the Essex Sprint AP Racing BBK for the front and have stock wheels/tires. Unfortunately, this requires a minimum spacer of 10 mm. I'm getting H&R DRM Series hubcentric spacers, front and back.

My initial impulse was to go 20 front and 25 back to improve the look. As I'm looking into it more and more, though, I'm concerned that I'll be harming the feel of the car and I'm looking to dial it back some to preserve as much of the original feel as possible. I've done several searches on the forums but haven't found this same situation not to mention a clear definitive answer on the consequences (good and bad).

Now I'm looking for opinions on spacer sizes on stock wheels, as well as any experience people have had good and bad. Also, if anyone has the Sprint BBK with 10 mm spacers and stock wheels, I'd like to know if you have seen any evidence of rubbing on the calipers.

Nothing wrong with running spacers, you will just probably need longer wheel studs. I am not exactly sure what you ware worried about with running spacers. It should not really effect the feel of the car at all.

Depends on the wheel but on some wheels you might have to cut the stock bolts from the rotor on 20mm H&R spacers, 25MM on stock wheels square should do the trick, no harm in running spacers been running them for years on a lot of cars.
