Feal suspension?...

Has anyone here worked with/have/ or know about their products? I am a bit intrested.

They (he) seems to have a lot of knowledge and has built some pretty successful systems. I believe a few twins were at SCCA autocross nationals running Feals and did well - trophied right up there with the other more popular coilover options.

Feal has some good feedback in the WRX/STI forums.

Swift springs stock for coilovers. Not bad.

There was a mini review on these sub forums a while back. I believe if you search you can find it.

And here is the actual info and pricing on these:

Yeah at the SCCA Solo nationals the 4th and 7th place STX cars were using the 441 coilovers. They are a good option.

I have his revalved sti struts on my forester, happy with those.

Seemed easy to deal with on phone, this was also all about 3 years ago though.

from what i understand they have close ties with Hot Bits, a canadian company with a focus on rallying.

i first heard of them when they were making high-end damper inserts for Imprezas, but unfortunetly only for the 2004+ crowd. I would have ended up buying a set but they couldn't accomodate at the time.

I was the 7th place driver in STX for the SCCA Solo Nationals.

The Feal 441's are on my car and Lance's FRS who took 4th place. They are a great option for autocross. They are simple and they work.

Once you get your ride height set to your specs it requires very little dial in time. The 441's are also a 1/4-1/3 of the cost of most of the suspension setups that trophied around us.

@2superblus: what spring rates were you and Lance running???? :)

I had a set of his revalves on my impreza and loved them. Odi is a pretty easy guy to work with and will set things up to match your needs/preferences. At the price point, I would expect that these have about the best valving you'll find, but I wouldn't expect them to use the latest and greatest in valving or adjustment tech. They will likely be way, way more consistent than something like BC or stance as well; I wouldn't be surprised if Odi dynos every set.

Cheers
Nathan

I haven't been out on mine yet but I can attest to Odi being a good guy to deal with.
One of mine had a brake mount broken off when they arrived, due to fed ex, and I had a repaired part ready to bolt on within a week.
Numerous buddies of mine have had them on their motocross stuff and loved them.
