What's your mileage?
 

Hi all,

I'm probably one of the few losers out there that purchases an FR-S for commuting purposes. After years of modifying my Mitsubishi back in the motherland and now working in Motorsport, I CBF'ed chasing performance in my street car.

Anyway, I can get 35.2 MPG to and from work out of my manual FR-S when cruising around 72 mph using Sunoco 93. That number was from a 600 mile trip, it lives around 34mpg to and from work.

I think if you get much more than 28 on an entire tank you're not enjoying this car enough. My best is 29 for an entire tank and worst is 23. I have gotten 37 on the way to work many times though.

I am getting 11.8 km per liter. But i am not sure how to convert that into mpg.

Nvm i guess i am getting around 27-28mpg. 90% city and 10% hwy. I am using Chevron 94 octane (E0)

Here in CA, we're limited to 91 oct piss gas. :/

But i am paying 1.6x for a liter of gas.

I am getting around 25-26 on mine.

29 avg I don't even try to get good gas mileage..

Average 32.3 after 25k miles, lots of highway driving and pedal to the floor backroad romps, i think one time i hit 400 miles on a tank im not exactly sure but i seem to remember that number....

This car is awesome on roadtrips...
