Love Chris Harris' enthusiasm for driving these epic cars. He's one of my favorite reviewers -- so good at conveying what it's like to be behind the wheel.

Am I crazy or does the F40 in-cabin engine/exhaust noise sound similar to the FR-S/BRZ from 5000-redline? I can close my eyes and it sounds like my Perrin CBE FR-S at the track. Very odd. Sadly it's the sound of the F50 that gets me all hot and bothered.... :bonk:

F50 is one of the best sounding cars out there, i never understood why reviewers at the time weren't impressed.

Thanks for posting. That was great watching Chris harris tear it up in an F40 as if it were some cheap little Toyota 86 ;)

Awesome video. Seem like much different cars. That f40 looked crazy powerful, but I loved the sound of the f50 so much more :).
