subaru pacific in torrance CA
Not a 100% complete transaction (they have to file the reg paperwork, etc.)...but
I am very happy with the service I received from Subaru Pacific in Torrance, CA. Here is what I liked: -Willing to go that extra mile to deliver the car to me (which meant a drive for the salesman) due to logistical issues on my end. -Willing to deal on price based on price presented to me at other dealers. He did not beat Clint's pricing, but the difference made up for the convenience. -Willing to match my financing. I ended up going with my bank for convenience, but their offer was good. -Not pushy with the warranties or add-ons. (I didn't get a warranty or anything added-on.) -Not pushy with the after purchase reviews. I once had a VW dealer send me cookies and say his job was on the line (guilt) if he didn't get good reviews. I found this unprofessional. Kevin was very professional and didn't really mention reviews. I actually asked him where he prefers to be reviewed. -Didn't screw into the bumper for a license plate. Actually listened to my requests. -Only dealer branding is a license plate frame and it's a nice etched metal one in a subtle font. I will extend them the courtesy of keeping it on until I get my plates. -Polite and courteous on the phone and via email -Car was delivered in great condition. They said they detailed it (which I know many would advise against, but they had already done it when I found out), and it doesn't have swirl marks. -Car came with a few extras that weren't listed online (I think this was the way the car was received) |
