265/35/18 tires fitment
Hi all, I am planning to run 265/35/18 tires on my 18x9.5 +38 wheels, currently using coilovers
What kind of fender work is required to run this? Thanks :) |
none

The only thing that will be off is your speedometer. Everything should fit fine. After I installed my coilovers with 245/35's, I gained like 6 inches of clearance in the front from the 2mm clearance I had vs the stock spring.

Good info. I also plan to do some 18x9.5 with the same size tire. Is +38 offset ideal versus +40?

Would like to know that too

Good to know, I'll be swapping my 245 with someone else's 265... will report back next week

Camber is your friend with this setup. We are running same specs, 18x9.5+38 with Hankook RS3 265/35/18. -3* camber up front and -2.5* out back with no fender modifications.

What are you dropped about? 1.5"? |
Did you have to add anything to adjust camber that much? Surely the factory setup can't be adjusted like that, right?

No idea how low over factory we are. We set up the car to race with a use able ride height. As far as camber goes we have camber plates and bolts up front. We have Cusco Lcas in the rear.

Thanks @FT-86 SpeedFactory you gave me the information that I needed!
