Last day to order a 2013?
 

This is kind of an odd question but is it possible to know the last day that subaru would take an order for a 2013 model?

I really want GBS but I'm not quite ready to place the order.

You're way late. The 2013 order system closed months ago. If you want gbs, you wanna sign up with a dealer asap. You'll only have what's en route available for the next month or two.

Really? I was at a dealer today and they were suggesting they could still order a 2013.

If they say you can still order one and you're set on wanting GBS, then do it.

Because if I can wait a month I'd like to do that, but if I have to order by lets say this weekend then I will.

Ummm guys? I am the dealer. No dealer in the US can "order" a 2013 model year BRZ at this point. The only model year that can be "ordered" is 2014.

You can reserve an en route 2013 model or your dealer can locate one that's coming locally.

Well, I guess the question has been answered...

I ordered my 2013 at the middle of august and got it a week after

I don't wanna come across the wrong way guys. I just hate dealer bs and shennanigans. It sounds like your dealer is just tryin to make a deal and not bein upfront/honest.

No worries man, I appreciate your help. I don't think they were trying to deceive me because it would have just led to me getting my deposit back when they found out they couldn't make the order.

Last day was April 31st... now we're taking orders for fourteens.

What everyone else said. Most dealers will tell you whatever they think you want to hear. My local dealer told me they weren't going to make them at all after 13 so I had better buy their used 13.

If you want a GBS, I'd suggest finding one en route or sitting on a lot somewhere. I wanted to wait a few more months and get a 14, but ended up placing a deposit for one of Clint's last GBS.
