First thing you are going to do when you get your BRZ?

So the dream is fulfilled... paperwork is done, you get the key, you finally get your BRZ! What is the very first thing you do?

I am planning on going to pick up the GF if she isn't with me, then driving from San Jose to Santa Cruz via the 17... I am sure some of you know that drive. I will probably be listening to some heavy dubstep (don't hate!). Get some dinner out in Santa Cruz... park my car where I can see it while I eat lol. Then drive back to San Jose and push it just a little bit. GF will probably be scared the whole time haha.

Get clearbra for protection.

If I pick up the car before July which I'm hoping I plan on a 2 week vacation driving from PA to CO to visit family with my gf. Should be a fun trip! I wouldn't take my STi that far but it'll be a nice break in for the BRZ :D And no exhaust drone the whole trip! haha

rims, sti front lip, sti exhaust, and some sort of coilovers... going to try and stay sti/oem as much as possible

lots and lots of photos... for the before and after... then probably debadge it and tint? Paint the interior panels...

Good point... For sure going to take some photos right after I get it... and I am looking into the clear bra thing... GOOD STUFF!

Sit in it and take a BIG lungfull of new-car-smell.

If I'm not on my lunch break, I'll go for a long drive hitting up all the fun roads I know that don't require full throttle sprints.

Soon there will be calls for tint/clear bra appointments. Orders for rims and tires, RCE springs, and other stuff.

Drive it over to my friends garage, throw it up on the lift, check everything out, then drive it home, park it and do whatever else I planned to do that night. It's a car, not a life changing event :)

sbxjap 03-30-2012 04:11 PM

lol, life changing for me... my first new car... I always bought used/certified before...

hanabie 03-30-2012 04:18 PM

I wanted to do this too but totally new to it. What parts of the body would you clear bra and how much would it cost?

You are still in high school?

That's probably the last time I had sex in a car. Since then I've had these things called apartments and homes to do that in.

Well besides roadhead but that's not sex, according to Bill Clinton.
