Do you guys rinse or wash your cars after a coastal route ride?
 

The owner's manual says to wash your car after being near the beach. I'm curious as to how literally this is meant to be taken. Should we rinse or wash our cars after driving/stopping along hwy 1 for a few hours?

Also, unrelated... does this site run ridiculously slow for anyone else? Seems like no matter how I access it (mobile or desktop) it often times out several times before finally loading.

You will be fine. It's not going to rust or fall apart if you go to the beach.

And yeah, the site is slow at times.

idk just wash it like once a month and you'll be good
