NW86ers decal
 

I'm trying to make a NW86ers decal for everyone in our region. I did the best I can with the skillz I have, which aren't much of anything. If someone could spruce it up I'll see about having a company print off a ton of them. Feel free to change the design completely but if you do if you could also spruce up mine. Perhaps if lots of people make one we can have a vote before we have them printed.

Not hot for the hatchi roku type face. Like the OEM a bit more for that.

I'm gonna come up with something.

We could make two. One NW86ers and the other PDX86ers.

Could you also do a PDX86ers just like that one so we have two different ones? One for the Portland area people and one for NW people? I think I'll put on both just to represent. :)

Here is what Denise and I came up with tonight. I like to keep things nice and clean. We own a vinyl cutter so if this works for everyone then we'll cut 'em. We can switch it up to PNW86CLUB or PACNW86CLUB if it appeals to the masses but this platform is generating enough owners that we may want to keep it more localized for the future. Either way we should start talking about organizing.

We'll need to cover the cost of the vinyl and cutting tips so I'll post that tomorrow if you guys like this design.

I like that is runs down the passenger side of the windshield... that is very cool... but let's go ahead and get a curve on it so it matches the contour of the A-pillar a little better. Don't you think that would look way cleaner?

And I don't really like "club" in the name... it's a little too obvious. Hmmm... what about alliance or society or haha... fraternity of 86 (jk last one)

What if I bought a domain like society86.com and just pointed it at the NW region forum area on FT86. Then we could run the website name with the dot com on the sticker?

The curve is doable. We whipped this up at 2AM so it is a rough draft. I just think if we are going to sticker our cars we need to come up with a good group name and for some reason the 86ers just sits wrong with me. I get that club may be to much of a commitment. I like society. Crew would work well too.

I still really like that silhouette graphic... but like the idea of the vertical A-pillar banner better.

I was going to work on a vertical one but I can't really get my design to look how I want it.

Plus I already have a vertical window sticker :P I can give the fonts I'm using to people to give a shot at it.

Agreed, a small one is something that I am looking for. Unless it blows my mind in person.

If I do pay for them myself to have someone make one I'll be doing something small and non-obnoxious to put on the window somewhere. Maybe 5" by 2" or around that size.

Here's another design without any club affiliation, just a geographic area. It would be solid, this is just the cutout template. The top can go vertical and I can make it curve to match the A pillar.
