Hood Vents and Weather
I was curious to know what drawbacks one should be aware of when considering a vented hood like so:
http://seiboncarbon.com/store/media/...nfrs-vs_01.jpg I assume water and anything else that can fit through the mesh will just end up on your engine right? Also, while we're on the topic of carbon, what are Seibon's competitors? I'd like to get a sense of alternatives. |

I live in florida and have this exact hood from sibon. It is a great hood and it rains almost everyday! I have twin turbos and it has not caused one problem. U just have to clean the engine more. Thats all! As for snow.........I wouldnt know. We dont have that here:)
