which 3m tape is this?

I`m trying to install the STI sideskirt on my BRZ... I bought the skirts used from a local guy and one side is new whereas the other side, he used before and removed the tape. I looked around everywhere but could not find out which 3M tape this is... I dont have experience doing body work so I was hoping you guys could help me out. also, do I need to use any adhesive promoter to have the tape stick really well to the body of the car? here is the photo of the good side:

here is what I think it is:

Do you think the Scotts is stronger than 3M tape? Do you think it would hold on window rain guards better than the 3M? I look forward to your thoughts :thanks:

I used it on some house works, like mirror etc. been almost 2 years now. It still strong stick as the first day I put the 3M tape on it. That is my experience of it.

Prior for the process, I used little alcoholic liquid that can buy from Walmart or other grocery store, apply on the surface and clean well, let it dry. Then put the 3M mounting tape.

@peace_noel Ok so it sounds like it is very strong! Do you think rain guard worthy?
