All British Car Weekend THIS Labor Day weekend
 

My favorite car show of the year in the Portland area is the all British car show that happens every Saturday of Labor day. It may be my favorite because the first year I went I entered my Lotus Elise in the car show and won 1st place. ;) There's lots of other things going on as well but the main thing I go for is the car show. I'll be going again this year if anyone wants to meet up. You don't have to have a British car to look at and enjoy the festivities, but you do if you want to park your car inside the gates of the race track. Since I no longer have my Lotus, I'm unable to park inside but it's still fun to go even though I can't participate in all the stuff that happens (scavenger hunt, rally, car show, drags, races, etc...). The swap meet day is Sunday so the best day to go is Saturday since it's more of the car show and fun day.

I ended up going, and man what a great show!

I didn't see this thread until afterwards, so I didn't know any other 86 owners would be there.

I went in my rover, with the historic races going on as well there was too much to see in one weekend.
