The part numbers on the invoice are 66060CA100-Head Unit and 66077CA100-Above glove box.

Dam I don't know if I want it now, especially when the patterns don't match up like Lexus wood grain trims. At least the silver paint on both of my pieces are matched.

My pieces are lined up just fine. Another reason I thought it was a generic mold.

...Bond....here in Europe ALL we have the High Grade. So for us the steering wheel is the same, but not all the markets propose it with red stitching.

"TS use. Shown center airgbag is NOT included (Impossible to ship)"

That should be the entire steering wheel that the tS uses. The better grade one without the dimples like the US one has.

I had requested this number with a few other parts.

I'm going through this whole cycle again with my WRX. My wallet cries lol

Can you explain why the tS is better?

Better material, less prone to cracking, etc. Since it seems like a lot of people are having that issue. I never found the stock wheel to be good, which was why I switched to TRD. And the WRX wheel is worlds better

That's interesting because if I recall correctly, the dimpled wheel on the WRX STi is better than the non-dimpled one ie real leather vs. whatever the rest are made of. I agree that the WRX wheel is better than the BRZ though. I think it's mad sexy.

If you have to ask the question then maybe you shouldn't be in this thread?

I never said it was better. It is my hobby to hunt part numbers.

You mean trying to get STI parts for your WRX? Please don't do that. :(

You're talking strictly build quality, right? Because the WRX wheel is bigger. I have the Toyota GT-86 Limited steering wheel, so it's fairly fresh, but I didn't notice anything weird with my stock wheel even after 40k miles of use. I gave it to my friends as a photobooth prop, so I can check it again and see how it's actually held up.

DSOmegaX answered my question anyways, so you're a little late to the draw. Thanks for your input though!

Building mine combining JDM WRX S4 parts and the STi performance parts catalog for the car, which is shared between the WRX and WRX STi. I'm not rebranding any of the WRX parts into STi parts or anything.

For steering wheel, I found the WRX dimensions to be better. Smaller circumference, thicker, and flat bottomed. The material used feels and grips better too. The seating position is nowhere near the perfect position the BRZ has though when driving.

Point taken. Lol.

Instead of better I should have said "the assumed quality of JDM used steering wheel for a limited edition model" or something like that. Or simple the one without the dimples
