Hm, ok, 1.3 insted of 1.1

If there is really a difference to the radiator Caps in holding more pressure

then..... it would be interesting how much difference the Caps have

in their weight !

It would be nice if someone can do that and give us the

weight from the original Radiator Cap and the STI Radiator Cap.

Letīs see if the STI Cap is " Stronger" Build and is minimal heavier

from material cause of the "higher" 1.3 pressure-proof :happyanim:

I will do a weight comparison when I receive it and I return next month.

If you don't get to I will.

But really. It's the nearly the same cap, from the same manufacturer; it just has a different sticker and a stronger spring.

It's probably the same build but one is tested to make 1.3 bar while the other could only sustain 1.1 bar.

It's probably like G-Shocks where they all do 200m water resistance supposedly, but only the Frogman has every unit tested to ISO standard of 200m before they roll off the assembly line. Another watch example is the different grades ETA has for a single movement model, same build but different quality of components and finish / assembly that can affect the accuracy when tested (i.e. chronometer > top > elabore > standard).

I asked Yuki if they can carry the steering wheel trim from the tS but that seems like a dead end to me. Maybe a frequent contact with Yuki can get him to push for the part to be added.
