Confused... how is a 18x8 RPF1 heaver than a 18x9.5

Hey guys... help me understand this, how is it possible that a 18x8 rpf1 weighs 17.8lbs but a wider 18x9.5 rpf1 weighs only 17.2lbs?

Could also be the paint/finish on that particular model of RPF1

Or is red? Dammit! Probably red. More heavy metal content (insert spinaltap.jpg) from what I recall.
