I think it looks cool. I keep thinking what if that became a Jeepney in the Philippines. That would be awesome!

Cars are usually built to represent old cars, not to look exactly like one

+1 on that.

spend more than 3 seconds looking at the car and you will realize it doesn't look 35 years old at all.

I like it, There are lots of REAL off road vehicles that get pussified before they make it to the US,

The MBZ G trucks for instance are hardcore bad Mo Fo trucks built for rugged duty...here they have bose premium sound and leather and a price tag that is a joke.

Range rover? same Joke...plus british reliability (no i don't care who owns them this week)

There is a real need for a real offroad vehicle that isn't full of excess, When I was living on Maui i knew a guy that was importing old unimogs (same idea) and they were always sold before they hit the island, wind surfers loved them, Surfers loved them, tour companies loved them, people that lived in Haiku loved them, bros loved them etc.

Heck, if Jeep were to actually produce that, I'd get that instead of the BRZ and keep my M3. I just can't get over how awesome that looks.

Scion needs this

If they were to build and sell it it will look nothing like that.

Draco-REX 03-27-2012 08:22 PM

If the windshield doesn't fold down, it's not a true Jeep. :D

zoomzoomers 03-27-2012 08:25 PM

Looks cool. I'd buy one for my off road excursions.
