Best FI for 91 gas?
I'm in LA and it's inconvenient for me to find an E85 station and 91 is the highest we got.

91 gas doesn't limit what kit you can get. It limits what boost level you can run and how much power you can make vs. better fuels.
So all the stage 1 kits will work fine. All these kits are sold with a base map that will run safe on 91. Id recommend that your tuner should have a look at the ecutek data logs to make sure everything is safe. |
Electric supercharger.

That's going to be kits that charge with the least parasitic power loss. I.E. Best bang per pound of boost.
If you are OK with a NOS like boost experience the electric supercharger phantom is working on looks to fit the bill. For continuous boost next down the list is a turbocharger then supercharger. Look at AVO or Vortech/Innovate, there are several dyno's from 91 tunes for those kits floating around this forum. In the end you will be limited by the maximum amount of boost you can cram into your engine based on the octane rating of your fuel and how prone it is to detonation. Also, 'best results' is something that can be a subject matter of contention between members here. You may want to describe what 'best' means for you. I.E. top high end power, down low, flat, roller coaster...etc... |

Currently the system gets 3.8psi at 5250 rpm and 2.3 psi at 7000rpm...not to shabby for 1500 bucks ;) not to mention its the only 1500 you can spend and get 80 ft/pd torque increase and 50 hp :) |

I am going to assume you mean peak whp numbers. In that case grab the kit with the biggest turbo you can find. You can make the most whp with low boost with this type of set up. Will you enjoy daily driving it? Debatable. |

Initial cost may be a little less for NOS but overall i would have used like 30 bottles of the stuff in the last 5000km. |

To the OP the lower boosted kits will be best. AVO or innovative are my two favorites right now with the BASE FA20club kit a close third. Also think about adding water meth to increase the knock threshold and reduce the charge temp if you go with innovative. |
