Oh and after watching this video and listening to how the gravel from the tires hits the inside of the tire wells sounds very familiar.... like the ride in my friends 370z so he couldn't take it anymore ..makes the car sound very cheap from the inside...so looks like you guys who are getting this car will need to invest in some Dynamat http://www.dynamat.com/

after he did this and he did it everywhere lol his 370z sounds rides as smooth as a BMW i should know i drive it all the time!

I might be the only one, but me gusta that complete rear end. Visually, I would do something about a lower profile antennae just to finish the look.

i'll take the wheels and the rear spoiler.

I quite like the kit except for the rear.

So far I want the TRD, but still waiting on what 5 axis comes up with.

Very cool. It still burns me that I can't get an actual Toyota 86 in the U.S. I know it's been beaten to death a million times, but I'm a Toyota guy, dammit! Those badges just look so right! I'd feel weird putting TRD parts on my BRZ...

Damn I love the TRD 86!

Hopefully this will be the first Scion FR-S release series 1.0!

Read the comments....why so much hate? Are some of the other car manufacturers paying these people? Nobody else is making a car like the 86\BRZ\FR-S...yet so why no love for this car?

And these fools have never even driven the car.

I thought the TRD exhaust sounded cool....

I loved the in-cabin sound but I have to agree a bit with some of the "haters" - the external sound is a little too much like what I hear from 15 year old Civics with fartcan mufflers for my taste.

No way bro...I played it back and it does not sound like a 15 year old civic. No way will this car ever sound like a WRX with just equal length headers. The car did not sound tinny.

But it was not loud enough...

I guess people really want a WRX coupe. I can see why the FRS\BRZ\86 is going to fail now. It really is all about the power and the subie rumble...:lol:

Yup, still going with the black. I would take the whole kit but the spoiler, call me rice but i love how aggressive the moddelistic fin looks.

As for all the haters on autoblog, i can see where they're coming from. But these are mostly people who have no interest in the car whatsoever and only care about numbers.. The only thing that goes through their mind is horses... Who cares what they think anyway?;)

TRD spoiler really completes the aesthetics. Rear bottom not so much.

So an 86 will understeer(2:03 mark) when driven wrong.

I'm just after the suspension, spoiler and read diffuser! The wheels would be a temporary thing. BBK would be nice but I don't think I can justify the price...

The black TRD model over shadows the red modelista one in the back ground... look at the rims

+1 That plus the TRD Rear bumper, really changes the look of the rear end...


Now I'm debating if the Alcantara seats/push button start are really worth the extra $$$ vs the Premium... I can see myself adding the TRD spoiler later.

first look of a non white trd and dayum it looks bad a$$!!!!!! i love it cept for the rear bumper. quad tip exhaust is a little much for me too. otherwise it's awesome!!!!!

Ok like the TRD all the way around. Got a quick question since it has the dual climate control does that mean one could simply swap one into a FRS? I know some of the magazines say you can along with the bumper and headlights. Just curious. The only thing I personally would want off this though is the duck bill.I would go aftermarket for things like brakes suspension and wheels.
