catted headers for a Perrin header back exhaust

Well I'm getting ready to do a full exhaust. I think I'm going with the Perrin 2.5 header back with catted front pipe and resonated. But still looking for a catted header that are available. I know of HKS and FA20. I read about the Nameless but don't see it for sale anywhere. Is the any more i should look at? Or should i just say funk it and get a Borla header and ECU progarmer? The cost would be about the same plus maybe alittle more HP.
But here is the problem, I live in California. Beside smog, which a would have to swap the stock stuff back in to pass in 5 years. IF you get pulled over in Calie by a CHP, had he knows what he's looking for under your hood. No cat, your car could be impounded.
Or a very heft fine, from what I understand.

Even with a high flow cat your still screwed because in CA you can't replace stock CATS unless they are broken. So you car could still get impounded. My advice is to get an EL header catless, highflow cat in the front pipe, new overpipe and keep stock catback. You get a huge power increase, but you won't stand out and if you don't drive like a moron, cops will leave you alone.

I have full Perrin exhaust res'd and cat'd and P&L's EL header. The header doesn't fit with my overpipe, so I have the stock overpipe on right now. Sound is good, torque dip is much reduced, even without a tune. My Perrin intake started to resonate like crazy after installing the header and sounded pretty bad, so that's off for now too. If I were to do this again, I think I would go with fa20 club's header instead. I have't seen anything about fitment issues with that header, it's been a very frustrating time chasing all the rattles and rubbing with my header.

Even if it did break, I think stock cats have to have something like a 10 year, 150K mi warranty.
