some guy rear ended me in stopped traffic

So I it was my first day of work and i had just got out and the freeway was bumper to bumper. So traffic came to a stop, i was in the number 3 lane and had about 4 feet from the car ahead of me. I was holding the brake because it was at an incline, then all of a sudden i see a car coming super fast at me. there was nothing i could do, he hits me doing at like 50-to 60 miles an hour. He was able to do that speed because he said he did a triple lane change. He hit me so hard that my car was pushed up and hit the suv in font of me. Im worried that there will be frame damage, or suspension damage. can anyone offer any advice

Dang, that hurts to see. Hope you're alright. I gotta say if he hit you at 50+, that goes to show you how well these cars are built from a chassis rigidity standpoint. Any reputable shop will be able to assess the nature of your damage. Going to be hard to tell just from these pictures.

Best of luck.

Hate to hear that buddy. Hope you are doing well and nobody else was injured. Looks like you were already modding your ride too (see the exhaust). Let us know what is going on once you go to the body shop.

the main reason that i am worried about the frame being damaged is that when i went to get the officer my info from the glove box the passengers door was not opening properly,:mad0260: it made noise when opening and all the guy said was im sorry i didn't see that you guys were stopped:thumbdown::mad0259::bs:

Good stuff. I bet you get her back on the road as good as new!

Can't tell for sure from the pictures, but I'd be willing to bet that there is.

Did the airbags deploy?

However the car turns out, be glad you're alive!

damn bro that sucks! if there is fame damage it might get totaled. That would suck because 90% of the time the insurance company wont let you take you mods off the car unless you buy it back. So lets hope its not totaled and if it is the insurance company isn't a **** about you getting your parts off it!

probably not. they'll just write you a check for the kbb value of your car i think.

Aww,hope you're alright Vũ! Your car doesn't look has frame damage ( at least when look at the picture,i guess so). Insurance will not cover for all your modds, except wheel and tire. So the best way i think you can do now take out all modds, replace by stock part if you still have it.Some insurance company let your take back your modds ( like me before, Mercury) when your car is totaled, but some not :(
P/s: Sorry bout my English, so bad ><

Glad everyone is ok. Looks like a write off to me.
You should gather all your receipts in parts and recent service costs. Chances are you might be able to recoupe some of it from his insurance....at least fight for it.

Good luck.

Unless you talked with your insurance company to cover your aftermarket parts, you may be out of luck.
