What make and model are the injectors? Are they plug'n'play or do they require wiring hardness adapters?

Should be etched on the side of the injector if its Bosch.

I have heard they are Ford GT500 injectors. I know I did research on them and got a part number off them at one point, but I will have to look for it when I get home. They do require wiring harness adapters.
