Where's Lemon Law Thread?

I did a search and cannot find the large thread about a guy on here lemon-lawing his car. I need to know what the details are about it. Anyone have a link to it? Thanks.

Unless he is in the same state as you it is pointless. Every state has different lemon laws. Just Google Lemon Law Florida.. Not hard...

As far as my lemon law experience goes.

Find a lemon law specific lawyer for your state. I used this one

http://www.az-lemonlaw.com

Pretty simple process. She didnt charge up front and only charges Toyota if the case is won. She said toyota has been far the best to work with compared to all the other companies. She said the domestics will go back and forth for weeks. Toyota said they wanted the issues resolved within 30 days.

All I had to do was email all my documented issues and dealership paperwork to her. Once we talked on the phone she said it looked like we had a case and took things from there.

My issues on my first car were

Three fuel pumps for chirping
Ecu, vvti gear for the cel issue
Fogged tail
Transmission clutch and flywheel for 4th gear grinding
Window switch for passenger side auto issue
Shifter knob rattle

I did start with scion of america who gave me a free 100k warranty but that was as nuch as they would do.
