Racing event opportunity - Mary Hill Hillclimb Sept 20, 21, & 22nd

Please only respond that you're going after you've mailed your registration and I'll add you to the list of registered people going on this post.

Northwest Hillclimb Association (www.nhahillclimb.org) and Willamette Motor Club (www.wmclub.org) put together a hill climb event in Maryhill every year for a nice low price. Breathtaking views and intense timed racing all for our driving pleasure on a privately owned paved road.

Here's the flyer for the event: http://www.nhahillclimb.org/forms/20...climbFlyer.pdf

**Hillclimbing is not an event for beginning drivers! Due to the risk
involved and skills needed to control the vehicle at speed, prior
experience in autocross, rally, or road racing is required.**

What you need to do if you want to join this event:
1. Make sure you go to http://www.nhahillclimb.org/ and read the 2013 Rules
2. Go to http://www.nhahillclimb.org/forms/20...bEntryForm.pdf to download and fill out the registration form.
3. Pay the fee $135.00 ea. ($145 ea. if postmarked after Sept 8th)
4. NHA decal is required on the car. If you need one, they will be available on site for a $5 fee. Or become a member of the NHA for $10/yr.
5. There is no food or water at the event so bring everything you need
6. Make sure you read the rules for racing again because they are a little more strict than usual but in general follow the SCCA solo rules.

*For example - A fire extinguisher or fire suppression system carrying a 5lb. minimum 5BC rating is required in all competition vehicles. The extinguisher or actuating device must be within easy reach of the driver and/or safety officials. Fire extinguishers must be secured by metal brackets, or a system specifically approved by the technical inspector. “Bungee” cords or similar devices are not acceptable.
